Our coffee hails from El Salvador, specifically sourced from the Las Isabellas farm, featuring a delightful blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. Situated on the south face of "Cerron Grande" in Apaneca, within the western region of El Salvador, the farm resides at an elevation ranging from 1200 to 1450 meters and proudly contributes to the Blue Harvest project.
 
At Las Isabellas, you'll encounter a sprawling 175 acres of natural forest, blessed with natural springs and picturesque waterfalls. Notably, Las Isabellas holds the distinction of being a certified Rainforest Alliance farm, reflecting a commitment to environmental sustainability. The devoted farm owner, Jose Roberto Santamaria, passionately oversees both the farm and the milling processes.
