Crafted with water sourced from the peaks of Mexico's highest mountain, this coffee undergoes a natural processing method, resulting in a coffee that is remarkably 99.9% caffeine-free.

 

Our coffee beans are cultivated from the Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals, thriving at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters. The lower altitude contributes to the growth of sizable beans, yielding a smooth coffee with minimal acidity.

 

The decaffeinated coffee is sourced from dedicated smallholder producers who supply their harvest to the buying stations of San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón in northern Chiapas, situated to the east and northeast of Tuxla Gutiérrez.
